Nick Viall and Natalie Joy got real about their struggles finding time in the bedroom as new parents.
The couple welcomed their daughter River Rose in February, but their sex life has proven to be a challenge as they care for their baby girl.
On his podcast, The Viall Files, Nick, 43, described the challenges they have faced getting intimate as new parents.
'You have this little baby and it's an angel and she's like obviously always by our side. Part of that, we had Natalie's mom. The best we could have done would've been like "Here,"' he said, gesturing as though he was handing his child to her mother.
'"We're gonna go into the bedroom." That feels odd! We haven't got that comfortable with her mom yet,' he added.

Natalie, 25, pointed out their mother was in town when their daughter was conceived: 'But it is funny because we did conceive River with my mom in town,' she said.
While their intentions to be with one another were there, they still were struggling to make it actually happen.
'Logistically, the spirit is there, but logistically we haven't quite cracked that code,' Nick said.
Nick and Natalie welcomed daughter River Rose on February 2, 2024.
Announcing her birth, the happy couple posted to Instagram: 'River Rose Viall [white heart emoji] 2-2-2024 named after Natalie’s great grandmother and niece…the best part of life starts now[swan dove cloud and red heart emojis]'.
The lovebirds first connected on social media after Natalie slid into his DMs.
Nick told E! News' Down in the DMs in June 2022 about what his now-fiancée had written in her message.
'I think DMs are a great place to meet people,' he said at the time. 'My current girlfriend slid in my DMs.

'Real clever, it said, "You're unreal." I guess it was funny,' he continued. 'I was more curious, wondering why I was unreal.'
After linking up online, the pair started dating and went public with their romance shortly after in July 2020.
Three years into their relationship, the couple got engaged in January 2023 and then announced they were expecting their first child together in August of that year.

He has also appeared on Dancing with the Stars and completed guest appearances on TV series such as Insecure, Teachers, Speechless, and Family Guy.
