Brad Pitt's dragged out divorce from his estranged wife Angelina Jolie is impacting his relationship with Ines de Ramon, with the pair struggling to fully 'move on,' insiders have claimed.
Brad and Angelina's convoluted break-up looks set to last almost as long as the relationship that preceded it, with the pair locked in a bitter legal battle since their shock split in 2016.
Though the pair were deemed legally single in 2019, a contentious dispute - dubbed 'the war of the rosés' - over their French property and winery, Chateau Miraval, has slowed down proceedings.
Brad, 60, has since moved on with his live-in girlfriend Ines, 34 - whom he went public with in November 2022 - and insiders claim that the actor is desperate to sever all ties to his ex-wife for good in order to finally 'shake off' the demons from their marriage.
'Brad really wants this to be finalized more than anything,' a source told DailyMail.com exclusively. 'If it were up to him entirely, this would have been wrapped up a long time ago.

Angelina, 48, accused her 'controlling' ex of 'financially draining her' through the protracted legal battle over the winery.
However, a DailyMail.com investigation this week revealed that the actress' relationship with Brad has helped enrich her by close to $100million.
The pair's former French home, a stunning 1,200 acre estate and vineyard was worth $60million when they bought it in 2008.
Now, thanks to Brad’s effort and investment in the business, it is worth a staggering $164million.
Angelina went on to sell her 50 percent stake in Chateau Miraval to Russian oligarch, Yuri Shefler, in 2021, without her estranged husband's consent.
The source explained that Brad is eager to be free so he can continue to move forward in his life as things progress with Ines - who was this week unveiled as the star of the new spring/summer 2024 campaign for designer Philippe Uter.
The insider continued: 'Brad wants to move forward with Ines, and he can’t when he is technically still married to the mother of his children.

'It is not an easy split, obviously, but it could have been wrapped in the last ten years.
'Brad has a great relationship with most of his kids who have met Ines. They are happy that their dad is happy, and Ines has taken kindly to the children.'
Brad and Angelina remain in a contentious battle over their winery, Chateau Miraval
Ines finalized the end of her three-year marriage to Vampire Diaries actor Paul Wesley, 41, earlier this month, which has reportedly been a driving force in Brad wanting to finally terminate his own marriage.
'Ines finalizing her divorce from her husband and moving in with Brad spurs him on to finalize with Angie more than ever,' the insider continued. 'Brad has fought hard to beat his demons that arose during his marriage to Angie.
'He does not drink, and he has become the man who deserves the type of love he is getting from Ines.'
The couple were initially pictured spending time with one another at a Bono concert in Los Angeles in November 2022, where they were seen chatting with celebs including Sean Penn, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber.
It came two months after she separated from actor and director Paul, who she married in 2019.
Ines, an executive for Anita Ko Jewelry, recently turned her hand to modelling, teaming up with UTER.
Images released on Wednesday, show the brunette looking stylish in clothing by the designer as she poses in the backyard of a home in Palm Springs, California.
In one shot her shirt is open revealing she was bra-free as she sat on a lounge chair with two men behind her.
Before dating Brad, Ines - an executive for Anita Ko Jewelry - was married to Vampire Diaries actor Paul Wesley, 41, from August of 2018 until their split in September of 2022
A source stated: 'Ines finalizing her divorce from her husband and moving in with Brad spurs him on to finalize with Angie more than ever'
Brad has been involved in two of Hollywood's most high-profile marriages over the past 25 years.
He was wed to A-lister Jennifer Aniston from 2000 until their split in 2005, when he met Angelina while working on the film Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
They dated for nine years before tying the knot in 2014. The former couple are parents to six children: Maddox, 21, Pax, 19, Zahara, 18, Shiloh, 17, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 15.
As Brad and Angelina's war over the sale of the winery continues, Brad has landed several legal victories in recent months including a key judgement in Luxembourg which handed him back control of Chateau Miraval's award-winning vineyard pending further hearings.
Just last month he scored another win when LA Superior Court rejected Angelina's allegations that his suit was, 'frivolous, malicious, and part of a problematic pattern.'
